Three basic leadership Types

The autocratic or authoritarian leader : 
Decision making is solely kept with himself.

The democratic or perticipative leader:
Here the leader guide others through persuasion in decision making.

The Paternalistic, Laissez-fair or free-rein Leader:
Here the leader thinks the best results could be obtained if he were to substitute the words "being good" for the words "being strong"
