Loving the Dark Knight

Before I write why I love Batman, I would like to give some lights on Batman; Batman was the brainchild of the artist Bob Kane and the writer Bill Finger, who collaborated on a new character for Detective Comics in 1938. Their first sketches were a long way from the Batman image most people are familiar with today: the first drawings gave him wings and red tights. A few drafts later, a Batman who looked more like the 2008 movie version was born. He was soon starring in his own self-titled comic.

Batman is called The Dark Knight 'cos dark can absorb any bad thing.. and Batman is about that .. absorbing the darkness of the Earth. Face the greatest fear of any human being .. probably beyond that.

I love Batman, 'cos Unlike most superheroes, he does not possess any superpowers; he makes use of intellect, detective skills, science and technology, wealth, physical prowess, martial arts skills, an indomitable will, fear, and intimidation in his continuous war on crime. he is a human who dare to fight with the ugliest and most dangerous enemies in Universe , he fought against Superman's greatest enemy Darkseid ; who can defeat Superman himself. He is the one who can takeover Superman by his wisdom and skill set. All alone hero who knows how to penitrate all of Justice league . Even he's been depicted as "Lord Shiva" as symbol of destruction in the comics "Trinity" where in Superman, Batman, Wounderwoman has been transformed into Shiva, Vishnu, Durga Symbol of Destruction, Protection, Power.. a only human being who is truly claimed his place as "Superhero " . One of the greatest pillar of Justice League. A businessman by Prof our Dark knight got all the stuff to shout for the league of Superhuman. Even in parallel universe Batman's opponent Owlmen was the most dangerous being among Ultraman, Superwoman and all ..

We can relate to Batman as he is the one from our mother earth with no super power but only human skills and brains .The man who has defeated his fear.. it's really tough to fight against you own fear.. Batman teach us how to get rid of your own fear.

Surprisingly there are lot of different concepts regarding Batman ; like in latest DC ; we see original Bruce Wayne is dead and Dick Grason took his place as Batman, who was earlier with him as Robin and then became the "Night wing" (Dick Grayson became Night wing after he was dismissed from the role of Robin at eighteen) and after the death/ trace of Batman he became The Batman. Talia the daughter of Rah-as-ghoul gave birth of Damien the son of Batman (Bruce Wayne), who became robin in future .. Probably there is lot more to come from the series and we are waiting for that .

In movies we do see the Batman stories in very different format, and I must say Marvel characters became more popular in movies rather than DC.. I am a avid lover of DC and really I was not happy for the recent Superman or Batman movies .. but after the last "The Dark knight" The whole scenario changed ,Christopher Nolan did an excellent job while depicting The Batman.. Just waiting to see the movie .
